Steven Joel Swatzell

Steve "Swishstone" Swatzell, a long-time resident of Phoenix, AZ and originally hailing from Flint, MI, entered the great beyond on September 27, 2019. He is survived by his sons Seve and Sanders, daughter Kiana, father Joel, siblings Dana and Paul and partner Amerlita Schleigh.

Steve will forever be remembered for his humor, generosity, creativity, and passion for his alma mater, Michigan State. He held well revered positions in the higher education field throughout the Phoenix, AZ area, and influenced many Phoenix youth with his involvement as coach and mentor for basketball and soccer throughout the years.

He joins missed friends and family in the next world, and all his survivors will forever remember his presence here on Earth.
