Robyn C. Proffer, born on August 11, 1967, in Memphis, Tennessee, passed away on December 5, 2025, in Gilbert, Arizona. A cherished member of her family and community, Robyn was a graduate of Germantown High School, class of 1985.
Robyn had a deep-seated love for animals, dedicating her life to caring for many pets, particularly rescue dogs that were fortunate enough to receive her affection and companionship. Her passion extended beyond her love for animals to a wide array of interests, which included her unwavering support for the Atlanta Braves baseball team, a fondness for marigolds, and a special appreciation for the vibrant culture of San Francisco. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, often reveling in everything adorned with paisley patterns. Adding to her multifaceted personality, Robyn enjoyed reading, listening to classic rock music, and immersing herself in various television shows.
Robyn is survived by her loving wife, Chrystine Holcomb, and is further mourned by her devoted mother, Sharon Proffer; her brother, David Cohen; and her children: daughter Shannyn Warrick, son Dale Holcomb, son-in-law Tyler Warrick and daughter-in-law, Anna Flores . She was a proud grandmother to Silas Warrick. Robyn leaves behind a treasured extended family, including her sisters-in-law Stacey Bowers and Beth Robertson, and brothers-in-law Bruce Robertson and Scott Mullins, along with her beloved nephews Bailey and Braydon Robertson, and Joseph Proffer, and cherished nieces Rhiannon, Evie and Cailey Mullins, and Jaden Bowers.
Robyn was preceded in death by her brother, Zakary Proffer, and her mother-in-law, Joani Mullins.
Her legacy of love, compassion, and happiness will continue to inspire those who knew her. Robyn will be dearly missed, but her spirit and the memories she created will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.
