The following is a moving eulogy that was written about Mike:



Mike Alderson went to heaven on Saturday, August 7, 2021. Mike spent his life devoted to his mother Bette Alderson and his five children. Then eight years ago, he met the love of his life, Sherry. Together they built a new life full of love and happiness that now includes 6 children, 18 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Together they spent the last few years of Mike's life traveling across the country spending time with them all. Mike was known best for his love for family, love of music, fishing, racquetball, his friends and neighbors, and most of all, his love for life. Mike lived life to the fullest! We are all saddened by the absence of Mike, but know he will be remembered, never forgotten, and loved forever!
