Emily Barragan Serrato

Emily Barragan Serrato born 07/26/1929 passed away peacefully at home on 06/24/2020 surrounded by family. She was a widow to Carlos Lopez Serrato, and survived by her four children, Rebecca A. Perez (Carlos Perez), Adam C. Serrato, Rachel A. Serrato & Angel J. Serrato and numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the family will not be having a public funeral service but instead will be having a Celebration of Life privately at home with immediate family.
