Cynthia Denise Manuel

Cynthia Denise Manuel, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 17, 2024, in Mesa, Arizona, where she spent the last few years enjoying her life, the scenery, and good friends.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her grandparents, aunts, uncles, sister, Sharon Tucker, and son, Phillip Manuel.

Cynthia leaves to cherish her memory: a daughter, Ashley (Marcus) Penn; a son, John Manuel, II; and a grandson, whom she affectionately called Love Bug, Xavier Penn. Parents, Wayne and Ila Tucker, Gloria Bryd, and William Byrd. Significant other, LaMarr Hughes. Brothers Darrell, Roger, Morris (Nicole), and Mark. Sisters Amber and Marlisa (Shannon); a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and good friends.
